一、总则

Pianoesis 由个人开发者制作。我们的原则很简单：你的音乐数据属于你，处理过程只发生在你的设备上。本政策说明 App 与网站分别涉及哪些数据。

二、App 不收集任何数据

无账号体系：App 不需要注册、登录，不保存任何个人身份信息。
无数据分析 / 崩溃收集 SDK：App 内不集成任何第三方统计、广告或崩溃上报组件。
无追踪：App 不追踪你在其他 App 或网站中的活动，不含追踪标识符。
无网络请求：MIDI 解析、声部分离、音频播放全部在设备本地完成，App 正常使用过程中不与任何服务器通信。

三、你主动操作产生的本地数据

文件访问：仅当你通过系统文件面板主动选择 MIDI 文件时，App 才读取该文件；「另存为」仅写入你亲自选择的位置。App 不扫描、不索引你的其他文件。
设置记忆：主题、语言、视图设置等保存在设备本地（iOS 系统偏好存储），不上传、不导出。
卸载 App 即清除上述全部本地数据。

四、App 权限使用

App 不请求通讯录、位置、相机、麦克风、照片库、健康等任何敏感权限，仅使用系统文件面板（Document Picker）进行用户主动的文件打开与保存。

五、本网站

本网站为纯静态站点，不设置 Cookie、不嵌入统计脚本、不记录访客信息。托管方（Cloudflare）可能按其惯例处理传输层缓存与安全防护，详见 Cloudflare 自身的隐私政策。

六、儿童

App 不收集任何数据，适合所有年龄段使用，不涉及面向儿童的定向内容。

七、政策的变更

若未来政策发生实质变更，我们将更新本页面并修订生效日期。变更不会溯及既往地影响已发行版本的行为。

1. Overview

Pianoesis is built by an independent developer. Our principle is simple: your music data belongs to you, and processing happens only on your device.

2. The App Collects No Data

No accounts: no registration, no sign-in, no personal identity information stored.
No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs: the app contains no third-party statistics, advertising, or crash-reporting components.
No tracking: the app does not track your activity in other apps or websites and contains no tracking identifiers.
No network requests: MIDI parsing, voice separation, and playback all run locally on your device. During normal use the app does not communicate with any server.

3. Local Data from Your Own Actions

File access: the app reads a file only when you explicitly choose it via the system document picker; "Save As" writes only to a location you choose. The app never scans or indexes the rest of your files.
Settings: theme, language, and view preferences are stored locally on your device (iOS system preferences) and are never uploaded or exported.
Uninstalling the app removes all of the above local data.

4. App Permissions

The app does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, photo library, health, or any other sensitive permission. It uses only the system document picker for user-initiated file opening and saving.

5. This Website

This website is fully static: no cookies, no analytics scripts, no visitor logging. Our host (Cloudflare) may handle transport-level caching and security per its own policies; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

6. Children

The app collects no data, is suitable for all ages, and contains no child-directed content.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the effective date. Changes will not retroactively affect the behavior of already-released versions.
